As first-time buyers, we started working to get pre-approved with the preferred lender recommended by our broker and another agent from our bank, as we were looking to explore the best options for us. However, we found a perfect place that offered a great rate deal but if we worked with the seller's preferred lender. At first, we weren't sure about proceeding as we didn't know the new company, and we already had another person in mind, but there was nothing to fear. The preferred lender was Omeed, and both he and Tora, part of CMG's staff, were nothing but fantastic during this process. They make buying a house seem simple, which isn't true, but that's how hard they work to make it seem that way for you. As many of the other reviews say, Omeed is really adept at explaining these complicated concepts. He would even make personalized videos of himself explaining where we were in the process. We had a very strict deadline to close the deal, as the rate would not apply after a certain time, and that's another area where Omeed and Tora shined. They were on top of everything and were very detail-oriented and worked really well with our broker. The timeline and the original price estimate were very accurate, which was a concern of ours, but they committed to it and delivered it. Another thing that stood out for us, and perhaps the most important one, was that it genuinely seemed like Omeed cared and was rooting for the best outcome for us. So, I could keep writing good things about them as there are others, but I hope this is enough to help folks feel confident that they are in good hands working with Omeed and Tora.

Definitely would use again! I highly recommend this team. We had a extremely complicated situation and Tera and Omeed were the only ones with enough knowledge and experience to help us through it. They kept in excellent contact and were with us 100% of the way. We are so thankful we were referred to them they are amazing. So happy to finally call our house a home now!

He encouraged me to shop around and talk to other lenders to ensure that I would get the best deal, and I eventually came back to him after comparing all of the initial estimates. I was curious about the nitty gritty details, so Omeed was kind enough to show me the trend of the bond market and explain it to me, as well as describing in depth where all of the closing costs were going to. Once we were under contract, Omeed was very communicative, giving me a step by step timeline of what's going to be done and when I need to act (such as securing insurance or providing documents). He gave me multiple options for my loan, talked over the pros, cons, and break-evens with me, and helped me make an informed decision about where my closing costs were going. I was anxious about delays when Omeed took some time off to go on vacation, but Tora took over without missing a beat, helping me sort out everything that I had to give for underwriting, and providing updates at every step in the way. Tora was able to work with my realtor effectively and the two of them worked hard to secure underwriting approval for a very fast close. I can't recommend Omeed, Tora, and the team enough, especially for a first time homeowner. They will almost certainly have my business for refinancing or a future purchase.
